I have been working with Bonnie for a few months. What I really like is having a physical therapist that understands running. I have a tendency like most runners to get hurt, I have tried stretching and other treatments but I always seem to end up at an orthopedic doctor. I lose time running and end up at a physical therapist that does not understand running. With Bonnie it is very different. When I have an issue, I let her know she designs exercises specifically for the issue that I am facing. When I do not have any problems she still checks in with me every week. I can send her photos from my races she will make comments about form. It is great to have someone that understands PT and running. It is like having a physical therapist with you the entire time.
